CIO Magazine has a amazingly detailed article about how AT&T Wireless upper management effectively destroyed the company through lack of planning and failure to listen to their own IT staff. What's even better are the numerous angry, vicious, despair-filled comments left by former AT&T Wireless IT employees.As Mr. T says, "I pity tha fool!"
